The Boiling Frog – Pop-up Exhibition

“If you put a frog in a pot of boiling water, it will instantly leap out. But if you put it in warm water and slowly boil it, the frog won’t jump out.” The Boiling Frog story serves as a metaphor to call out the current inadequate actions taken to tackle climate change for if we do not realise the adverse impact of global warming, it might be too late for us, just like the frog.

As a commitment towards sustainability and to draw attention to the pertinent environmental issues we are facing, Raffles City has collaborated with EYEYAH! to bring together 26 local and international artists at the Arts In The City exhibition. Each animation featured is unique and thought-provoking.

The exhibition ran from 25 August until 11 September and featured a swing and photobooth where participants could customise and publish their own Gifs against the Boiling Frog key visual.
