EYEYAH! Online Safety Workshop at ExCEL Fest 2025
EYEYAH! conducted a learning journey for 30 Ministry of Education primary and secondary school teachers, showcasing the power of visual language in teaching cyber wellness and mental health.
With specially curated conversation cards featuring EYEYAH!’s illustrations, educators explored how artworks can be paired with visible thinking routines from Harvard’s Project Zero to spark meaningful discussions. Through hands-on activities, they reflected, exchanged insights, and discovered practical ways to use these visual tools to foster impactful classroom conversations about digital wellbeing and emotional awareness.
The session demonstrated how illustrative visuals can work as powerful tools for engagement, empathy, and learning.
“Thank you for the amazing workshop at the National Design Centre yesterday. It was a refreshing and eye-opening experience that gave me a whole new perspective on how to approach cyber wellness education. The creative, visual format really stood out, especially at a time when many students are growing weary of traditional frontal sharing.” Participant.
